She removes the stigma of therapy by meeting people where they are — giving them the tools they need to free themselves from the old trauma induced patterns holding them back so they can build a life of fulfillment, happiness, and freedom.
After years of struggling to uncover the root causes of some of her own hot mess tendencies, she recognized the role that trauma plays in her (and everyone else’s) life, and decided it was time to do something about it.
